a. Service Commencement: The service commences from Bali Airport.

b. Reservation and Deposit: To confirm and guarantee the reservation, guests (or the agency) are kindly requested to make a down payment. Reservations will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.

c. Payment Methods:

Online payment using major credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard (subject to a 2.5% bank administration fee).
Bank transfer, subject to an Indonesian bank administration fee of USD 25–35 per transaction.

Cancellation Policy

45–60 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee
20–44 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
